Florida licenses mold assessment and mold remediation separately, and Mike holds both. Most of the reviews on our Google listing name him, and a lot of them name Noah as well, because between them they do the work.

We do not do water damage restoration, carpet cleaning or general contracting on the side. Mold is the only thing we do, which is why the equipment is worth owning: an InstaScope for live on-site air readings while we walk the house, and the VaPURE™ vapor system for the treatment itself.

Every job finishes the same way. Post-treatment air samples go to an accredited third-party lab with no affiliation to any mold testing or remediation company, and the report comes to you.
