“Michael and his nephew showed up for our appointment exactly on time. I showed them we're my problem was. Nephew then retrieved a piece of equipment and proceeded to scan outside my home and then every square foot inside my home. Michael explored various places and showed me many places mold was forming of which I was totally unaware of and the reason why. I'm 85 years young and not completely text knowledge in this field. All explanations and corrections to do Michael explained to me in a manner that I could completely understand along with showing me damaging results on his computer to my home and explaining how they would correct them all. “I had previously undergone grossly expensive, traditional mold remediation in my home following a long standing roof leak. Two of my rooms were torn down to the cinderblock. That remediation process took weeks and post mold testing indicated the mold was eliminated. Two plus years later I tested positive for mold exposure even after multiple detox treatments and I needed to figure out if I still had a mold issue in my home. At the suggestion of my primary physician I reached out to Pure Maintenance Mold Removal and I am so glad I did. Mike was quick to respond; he set up an appointment for testing my home and then scheduled remediation within the week. He had a cleaning crew come in first and do an extremely thorough wipe down of every surface in my home. I have to say the house felt like new after that. The following day Mike did the fogging and antimicrobial dusting. He made everything smooth for us taking us through each step. While the house was being fogged we and our not so happy felines had to be out of the house, but this process was easy peasy and about 1/10th of the cost compared to the traditional mold remediation we had 2 years ago. “About 2 months ago I had a bad water leak from a/c system that is installed in my attic. I had bad mold and mildew in master closets and bath just below my a/c. Everything seems dry but the smell and mustiness was thru my whole house. I called a well known remediation company and got a very high quote that entailed pulling out closet systems and replacing ceilings and maybe the walls. I decided to get another quote and in my search on google I found Mike Pierce. That was the best thing that ever happened. Mike came the next day and explained in detail the dry fog system. He was very patient with all my questions. I did not have to remove anything. He dry fogged the entire house and my whole attic . My home is 2700 sq ft plus the attic. We just had to leave the house while it was being done and he sent us pictures to update us. About 7 hours later it was all done. My house was in perfect condition.
