“About 2 months ago I had a bad water leak from a/c system that is installed in my attic. I had bad mold and mildew in master closets and bath just below my a/c. Everything seems dry but the smell and mustiness was thru my whole house. I called a well known remediation company and got a very high quote that entailed pulling out closet systems and replacing ceilings and maybe the walls.
