Mold treatment for Palm Beach Gardens homes, from the older PGA National streets to the new builds at Alton and Avenir. Lab testing before and after.
Mold remediation in Palm Beach Gardens, FL usually turns up in one of two places: an attic that has been running hot and damp for years, or an AC air handler closet that has been quietly wetting the drywall behind it.
We are ten minutes away in North Palm Beach. Mike Pierce holds Florida licenses as a mold assessor and a mold remediator and runs the jobs himself with Noah, so the person who tests your house is the person who treats it.

“I had such an amazing experience with Pure Maintenance Mold Removal. I was in a bit of denial about the actual extent and scope of the mold growth in my home but finally congestion, sinus issues and constantly itchy skin told me I needed to explore the reality of the mold load in my home. Testing confirmed there were areas with a high mold load that would benefit from remediation. The part that surprised and delighted me was how comprehensive the service was-not just treating mold you could smell or see, but the entire ventilation system, attic, garage and every room was treated. Mike and Noah did such an exceptional job of thoroughly cleaning and addressing the mold growth and they are also just awesome, nice people dedicated to improving the environment in your home. I am so happy I chose this service and made an investment in the air quality of my home. I am breathing easier, feel better and can tell a huge difference since they performed the service. If you at all think you have a mold problem, it’s probably worse than you think and you would likely benefit from getting this service done. I wish I had done it sooner.Thank you Mike and Noah!”
“It was a great job done by Mike and there’s no more sign of any mold. It only took a few hours. I would recommend them very highly”
“Mike was very professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very detailed and thorough process and everything was performed exceptionally well.”
“This was the most pleasant experience from beginning to end. They do a remarkable job. It’s like we never had a mold issue!!”
“All Mold was completely gone! Amazing Company!”
The most common call we get from the Gardens is a smell in one room that nobody can place. Second most common is a homeowner who has just had an AC service and been told there is growth on the coil or in the plenum.
Water intrusion is the other trigger. Tile roofs on the older PGA National streets move over time and a slipped tile can wet a truss for months before anything shows on a ceiling.
If somebody in the house has allergy or sinus symptoms that improve when they travel, that is worth a test even with nothing visible.
The 1970s and 1980s housing around PGA Boulevard has generous attics and long duct runs. Ducts running through a hot attic sweat, insulation gets damp, and the growth starts somewhere nobody looks.
The newer construction at Alton and Avenir has the opposite problem. It is built tight, which is good for the power bill and bad for drying out. One plumbing failure in a sealed house and the moisture has nowhere to go.
Screened enclosures and pool decks add another path. Water finds the slab edge, tracks under the finished floor, and the first sign is a musty baseboard.
Testing comes first. We take air samples inside and outside, sample surfaces where it matters, and find the moisture source. The lab results tell us the scale of the job and give you a baseline to measure against.
The treatment is a two-step vapor process. A sterilant vapor treats surfaces and the air throughout the space, including the ductwork and attic, then an antimicrobial protectant is applied to the surfaces to slow regrowth. No containment sheeting, and in most cases nothing has to be torn out.
Afterwards we test again and send you the lab report. A typical Palm Beach Gardens house is a one-day job and you sleep in it that night.
Every job is priced after we test, not before. The two things that move the number are the square footage we have to treat and how much of the house needs a wipe-down first. A condo and a five-bedroom house are not the same job, and we do not pretend they are.
You get the price in writing before we book the work. If testing shows you do not have a mold problem, we tell you that and you pay for the testing only. That happens more often than you would think.
Most of the Gardens homeowners who call us have already had one quote that involved gutting a bathroom or a closet. We treat the whole house instead, which is usually cheaper and always less disruptive.
The work is done by a state-licensed assessor and remediator, verified by an accredited third-party lab, and covered by a written warranty. That combination is the reason for the reviews.
